Add an area to Siteglide Admin Portal to create support tickets for any bugs/issues users have.
These should be visible to anyone in the same company as the creator.

Sunil: Sure, so you'll want to head to the main forum page first - https://forum.siteglide.com/ and log in. This will redirect you to admin and back to forum as this uses SSO.
From there, you'll want to join Agencies group - https://forum.siteglide.com/groups .
Once you've done this, you'll be able to view the above forum link as expected.

Emily Dickson: Thanks ! It's a very Nice feature. I like it. Because in the updated chat system we were not able to discuss topics separately and it was not good for checking progress or updates. It means chat will remain open or closed, mostly dependent on last topic discussion. And sometimes we forget our previous discussions which was open. So Using this new support ticket system we can check our all the tickets which is open from our agency. Once again Thanks !
