If a WebApp is in a Secure Zone we should have the option to put all of the items into the same Secure Zone - or by default they should be in the same secure zone - rather than having to add each individual item manually

A WebApp itself can't be in a Secure Zone.
Do you mean a 'default Secure Zones' type option on the WebApp Builder view?
Until then you can use export/import to achieve this if there's a lot to manually update.

Matt Walter: Yes, an option to make every webapp item go into a secure zone by default, otherwise we have to make sure our clients are adding new items to the secure zone each time or we have to import/export the items for them. I think your suggestion for having it in the webapp builder would be great for this
