Webapps - Front-end submit item form recaptcha

We would like the ability to add Google reCaptcha to front-end WebApp item submit forms.
Useful when using WebApps as a commenting system for blogs and other services.
Currently it is possible to add reCaptcha v2 & v3 to custom forms.

Have same requirement for reviews and would be perfect solution to be able to use webapp submit form with recaptcha on frontend.
