Sorry, not sure how this was missed, but it was released a while ago now.
Addresses can be added following this doc -> https://help.siteglide.com/en/articles/5242016
You can add Phones Numbers as custom fields in the CRM, but they will likely be a standard field in the future.

Would be good to have custom fields built in to the CRM.
And also, allow webapps to use this data from the CRM.

Mick Jackson: Hey Mick, if you setup custom field sets (Site Manager > Custom Field Sets) you can add these to any of your forms. When the form is filled out, the data gets added to a custom field tab on the CRM user in your admin.
Allowing WebApps to pull in CRM data is an interesting idea though.. what might you use this for? Would the ability for users to edit their CRM user data from the front-end be enough?

Martin Sanderson: Say I have an agency (talent/recruitment/coaching/etc) that takes in an applicant. The CRM data may be enough to create a user. A webapp can be another layer that could allow more data assigned to that user against a particular webapp or webapps. We could build an interface that can display ALL or some of that data, that allows an admin or a CRM user to edit/modify/add data to themselves.
OR, I have a construction project where attribute webapps build into webapps display data, we also need to assign a user to that particular webapp line item (which could be pulled from the CRM). There could be multiple projects and the user could be assigned to one, some, or all of projects therefore there profile could be shared to project/s.
I have several applications that I would use this for and instead of going to a full stack dev, we could use a combo of CRM, webapp/s to give us what we want.
I am no coder, so I am coming from a siteglide user theorist point of view.
Hope that is somewhat clear?
