File Manager - Copy Direct URL Convert spaces

When clicking the "Copy Direct URL" icon on a file in file manager, could we switch the use of "%20" for spaces to "+" instead? This will then be inline with the recent update to RTE fields in WebApps and Modules and streamline being able to more easily output assets within RTEs.

Using the "Copy Direct URL" will now replace spaces and %20 with the + symbol for better compatability with rich text editing fields
