Pages - Toolbox output UI for all asset types

Initial feedback post from a partner, Mark A.
Currently the Toolbox within CMS > Pages> Page Builder only provides image assets to be outputted into the code.
Toolbox within CMS > Pages > Page Builder should have a UI that allows for simple access and output of other asset file types, such as PDFs etc, pages, webapps, modules etc.

Insert Image in toolbox has now been renamed "Insert Asset" and allows all assets to be picked from the file manager.

This update will allow for all types of media within the file manage to be select from the "Insert Image" area of toolbox.
