- Allow selection of any Module/WebApp as the source of data (allow multiple)
- Available column choices would be determined by what the chosen sources are
- Filterable on all fields
- Have a wider range of bulk actions: Add to category, set enabled/disable, set release/expiry date, set Secure Zone, set owner, bulk delete, export
- Also allow multi-select on Forms for Cases Reporting

Have had clients accidentally delete report as the existing buttons at top of report results, ie: Run report, export, deleted selected items disappears as you scroll down while ticking entries in report results. The Delete, Cancel, Save buttons at bottom remain in view, so very easy to click the (report) delete button! Can you incorporate some new UI around this to avoid the confusion when new functionality added.

Add reporting functionality to the Admin of sites. Possible places to start:
- CRM users with filters based on date
- CRM users with filters based on Cases or Orders
- Export Custom Field Sets

Daniel Depaz has asked - is there a way to select multi forms in cases, with the name of the form appearing in the list?

It would be great if we could create a Custom Report (especially for Cases), give it a name, and save it for reuse.

Helen Eichel: What would they like to see on a dashboard? For analytics there's solutions you can use such as Google Analytics. This task is specifically for reports. I'll post an update on that shortly.

The ability to create a custom report that includes submissions to a form. For example we use these to pick winners in contest entries. It's so easy to pick winners. Just look at the report spreadsheet, pick a random number and there you have it. There are actually many uses for custom reports like BC had.
