We would recommend that the community create this to be released on the upcoming Marketplace! There are various use cases and solutions which better suit the Marketplace as the best versions will get the most downloads/purchases.

To be able to display the images proportionally and adjust the size as BC did without having to resize all the images would be excellent.

Would be good to be able to upload multiple images in one single go.

Would be good that this included in all aspect where images or files can be uploaded such as webapps.

Here's an idea from Khy Tran about why he'd be interested in this Module- and what the benefits might be compared to a custom WebApp, if it is set up a particular way.

"I could add 50 fields to a WebApp structure no problem. but to have to click Select, and then select an image each time in the file manager is a pain in the ass and time consuming, especially if they need like 20 galleries.

Its better to just do a bulk upload of images to a folder and set that folder for the gallery module like we did on BC.

Or alternatively, set it up like wordpress, where you can multi select images in the file manager and it adds it to a gallery.

It's more so the ease of it than anything (less time consuming)."
