Billing - Invoices UI

We've sent our first website live after going through the Agency Connect billing process but unfortunately the email receipt does not display any website details on the invoice.
Once we are in a position to put multiple sites live and receiving multiple emails without client details it will get very confusing which client is which.
Please could we include some basic client information in the receipt such as the website or client name?
Currently the only information I have available in the receipt is Invoice number, receipt number, amount paid, VAT and dates.

This is now live in Admin and can be found under Billing -> Invoices when in Portal

Our plan is to create an Invoices UI in Siteglide Admin Portal, where you'll be able to see a breakdown of invoices listed against sites.
You'll be able to filter/sort these line items.

Andrew Collinson This is currently a limitation of Stripe unfortunately. Their invoice emails and PDF's do allow a custom "memo" field that we can enter data into, but that is not available via API so Siteglide cannot automatically put data in there.
There are other "custom fields" which can be set on the invoice level, but that throws up further challenges.
We are looking into it though and working on ways to improve billing/invoices within the Admin

Dean Vizer: Is there a plan to eventually have this content included any time soon or is it considered low priority?
Dean Vizer
Andrew Collinson: We aren't sure of the solution just yet so in turn aren't sure on a timeframe. We are actively looking at it though and talking to Stripe

Dean Vizer: ok, thank you

Dean Vizer: Not my understanding of how stripe works. AM pretty sure you can detail the line item and include the site name, start and end dates in your API call to stripe.

Rox Dawson: There is a "memo" field available at the invoice level, but unfortunately not at the subscription level via API. Doing this at the invoice level would mean that it would only be visible on that single invoice and then be lost going forwads.
What we would like to do is add a memo at the Subscription level, this is then automatically inherited down to all invoices which you see in Admin and via Email.
This is available via Stripe in their Dashboard, but currently that does not extend to their API. If you get in touch with support then we can manually add the site information to the subscriptions memo and then it will be visible going forwads.

Dean Vizer: I stand correct Dean re subscriptions. You may need to not use Stripe for receipts as this will not work for partners.
