eCommerce - 4dp support on product prices

Allow for prices to be set in 4dp, so when tax is applied we can arrive at the correct price.

To achieve this we'll be converting all prices to float rather than integer. This may mean you need to alter how you're working with any exported data (CSV, Zapier) or any custom code that's working with prices.
