Forms overwriting CRM records

Here's the scenario:
A user is logged into a secure zone on a device - let's say a desktop in their home.
They browse a SG site while logged in. They close the browser, and a second user in the house - say their mother comes to the same site.
The original user is still logged in, and the second user fills in a form on the same site, entering their name and email.
Even if it's just a simple form, with no SZ access granted, or payments or anything complex, here's what happens.
Siteglide overwrites the CRM record of the original logged in user. That record disappears in the CRM, and is replaced by the second user's account.
If the first user fills in another form, they will be recreated in the CRM.
This can basically happen in any scenario where multiple people are using the same device on the same site (school, workplace, home).

Yeah, to be clear, we're talking about two separate emails for User 1 and User 2.
And this form is simple, does not autofill the user who's logged in's email address.
Matt Walter can you confirm whether this is intended behavior? I could understand if the user with the account is trying to update something in their CRM record, that you might want a User Details Update form or something like that.
But that's not what's happening.
What's happening is, User 1 (with account) is logged in on the site, they close the window or walk away or whatever.
User 2 (without account) comes along, opens the site (which still has User 1 logged in) and fills in a form, after which User 1's account is gone in the CRM.
Just the act of filling in a form on the site, while logged in, is causing accounts to disappear from the CRM.

"The original user is still logged in, and the second user fills in a form on the same site, entering their name and email."
I think you've said, but just to double check- the email address entered is definitely different in your scenario from user-1 to user-2?
Or being logged into a secure zone, does it autofill the email address of the current user?

I'll make sure this receives attention soon.
We may have to build a specific 'update' form rather than relying on standard forms.
