- Image upload so you can more easily show the issue you're experiencing
- A 'ticket type' field, so you can filter tickets by either 'Account', 'Technical', etc.
- Further control of notifications (notify on data update, set other people up to receive notifications)

Would be useful to be able to give other Siteglide users access to view our ticket. E.g. others in same agency or someone we're collaborating with?

How about a dropdown list under Site ID so I (don't have to go look for the ID and) can just select the site name from a list of my current sites.

Bruce Dunnan: Sites can now be chosen from a dropdown rather than having to go find the Site ID :)
